I called Carl as a referral from a coworker. I had interviewed several other agents. When Carl outlined how he could sell our house faster and for more money than the others, we chose to work with him. Immediately he pulled resources to help stage and prepare the house for sale. Carl had multiple agents on his team come to the house to analyze the best possible sell price. Carl and his team guided us through all the tough inspections, major fixes to the property and multiple offers to get the best price. In the end we got over asking price in a competitive market. If you want to sell your house, Carl and his team are in my opinion the best there is. I will say if you do choose Carl and his team to sell your house get ready to move because they WILL SELL YOUR HOUSE!

I did not not know Carl before hiring him, I'm writing this review because he did fantastic job and stood by everything he said.

Carl was our listing agent for my fathers house in Granada Hills. He handled the sale expertly. The house sold right away. Carl and his staff held our hands through the entire process. They helped us get the house ready for sale, helped us hire services (to take away garbage, chemicals and paint, patch holes, deal with furniture, etc. He was available to explain any of the documents we had to sign and make changes where we wanted.
